It has seemed a long time since I last got out with the camera so this morning I braved the cold and headed off to Thornley Woods to capture some winter flora and fauna.
Some challenging lighting to contend with as snow can tend to make cameras under-expose the images. I had some company though as a Robin Redbreast followed me along one path and allowed me to get within a couple of feet of him. He even posed to have his picture taken. Superb. Really good for the soul.
Hope you enjoy.
